CLS makes 100 Best Places to Work in the Public and Third Sector 2011

CLS Group, operator of CLS Care Homes and Belong Villages, has been named in The Sunday Times 100 Best Places to Work 2011 Public and Third Sectors list.
The outstanding achievement is a result of the participation of the organisation’s employees in The Sunday Times sponsored survey, designed to rigorously assess workplace engagement. This included evaluation of how employees feel about stress, pressure and salaries within the company, as well as their perceptions of senior members and career development opportunities within the organisation. Nick Dykes, Chief Executive of the charitable care services organisation, comments: “This is a remarkable achievement for CLS, and a well-earned testament to our dedicated employees across all levels of the company.
