CLS takes training extremely seriously. We know we’re only as good as our people so have invested significant time and resources into developing a nationally approved training scheme that is unrivalled in the care sector. We are also ourselves accredited as an Investor in People.
Every year, around a hundred employees achieve diplomas and specialist training as part of their personal development plans.
We also run regular awards ceremonies to recognise the achievements of our people, whether for qualifications earned through internal or external training courses.
